*Ummm*, #hang-out chatroom started last May 2, 1998 and was registered in QuarterDeck Server... Since QDeck has closed, #hang-out hopped from one server to another searching for a network that it can call "Home Sweet Home"... Now, #hang-out's back and registered in ChatPinoy early 2001 with the sole purpose of providing Hang-outers' Club International a chatroom of their own... But since its conception, HCI members from all parts of the globe have found refuge and solace in one of the most hippiest channel in IRC now found in Chatpinoy...

#hang-out is where you can meet people, have a good sense of chatting and even make few friends... Of course, this is IRC which means anything can happen, and often does *winks* but rest assured that its never going to kill YOU!

Just remember we are all *Hmmm, well I would say almost ALL* reasonable people wanting a reasonable level of fun... Get out of line and the OPs can get nasty... heheh... But then, that's the same for most IRC, aight?

Suffice to say that there are loads of IRC Servers popping up all over the world, that connects US *most pinoys* via the Internet, and thousands of people talking, typing to each other... Sometimes, It can get more complicated because there are loads of IRC Server Networks that separates US *again most pinoys*... Now due to extremely public demand (LOL), we have our place amazingly headed by Pinoys, and they call it ChatPinoy...

So sit back, relax, limber up those fingers and have a laugh, cry, lustful sniggers or whatever takes your fancy...
